Expertise

Pia Arshad advises energy utilities and network operators on energy law issues, including renewable energy law, electricity and gas distribution and heat supply. One of her main areas of expertise is the award of electricity and gas concessions. As a legal advisor for a public institution, she contributes her expertise in traditional public procurement law. She assists her clients in out-of-court disputes and represents their interests in court.
