Expertise

Felix Motzler is working in our Corporate Department and China Desk in Hamburg. He predominantly advises medium-sized companies from Germany and abroad on commercial and corporate law issues as well as on civil and residence law (business immigration). His main areas of advice include:

• Establishment of companies and drafting of Articles of Association;
• Enforcement or defence of liability claims against members of corporate bodies and senior executives
• Commercial and general civil law
• Business immigration
• Legal issues related to licensing and approval procedures, in particular related to the manufacturing and import of products in/into Germany
