Legal framework for imported cosmetic products in Vietnam

An article by our partner Dr. Jörg-Michael Scheil on the topic: "Legal framework for imported cosmetic products in Vietnam" will soon be published in issue 4/2022 of the Zeitschrift für Stoffrecht (ZStoffR).

An interplay of local regulations of the Vietnamese Ministry of Health, local product standards and the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive forms the legal framework for the introduction of European cosmetic products in Vietnam. The article provides an overview of the current status.
