China: range of encouraged industries expanded
On 1 January 2023, the new “Catalogue of Encouraged Industries for Foreign Investment” of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Chinese Ministry of Commerce came into force. The Catalogue contains several interesting liberalizations which we further explain in our newest newsletter.
