With a decision from March 2018 the Chinese Patent Review Committee in Beijing has rejected an application of a Chinese sensor manufacturer for revocation of a utility model of a client of SNB. Our client, a European semiconductor manufacturer, was granted this utility model in 2015 for a new device to operate passive infrared sensors.
