Dr. Pingliang Ge, LL.M. studied law at the universities of Beijing and Hamburg. He obtained his qualification to exercise legal professions in China in 2006 and an LL.M. at the University of Hamburg. In 2015 he obtained a PhD on an insolvency law issue at the University of Hamburg.
